His mixtape, “Startin’ on JV”, is grabbing the attention of hip-hop heads in the DMV and beyond, and he is preparing for one of his first road trip tours! The tour will run from August 13-16th. Phil plans to hit five cities in four days to market his album and 368 Music Group!
